Special delivery instructions (optional)

Our standard delivery practice is to deliver your order through the front door to the main reception area and leave all boxes there.

If you have any special delivery instructions (such as "service entrance around back", "buzz suite 185", "do not park in round-about", etc.) we will follow them if possible. If for any reason we cannot follow your instructions (for example, you asked us to buzz an extension and no one answers), your order will be left at the front door, inside if the door is not locked, in the lobby or reception area if possible.

Special delivery instructions (optional)

Our standard delivery practice is to deliver your order to the font door and leave it on your front porch (we do our best to find a place that is noticeable by you but safe from the elements if possible).

If you have any special delivery instructions (such as "leave on back porch", "please leave in garage", "please ring doorbell before leaving", etc.) we will follow them if possible. If for any reason we cannot follow your instructions (for example, you asked us to leave it in the garage but when we get there the garage is locked), your order will be left on your front porch. Please also add any notes that will make our delivery easier (like "Beware of dog", "Second porch step is loose", etc.).

We are happy to offer weekly and bi-weekly options for the family box and above. Personal boxes are delivered weekly.

Vacations dates (optional)

If think you might be away for some dates over the season, you can suspend your delivery for those dates and you will not be charged. You can enter the dates any time over the season by logging into your account and giving us fourteen (14) days notice. If you don't use all of your vacation dates we will just skip the last week(s) of your season (or you can contact us and pay the difference to get those weeks delivered if you decide you don't need the vacation days).

Do you want to reserve some vacation dates? You don't need to know the exact dates right now, just how many deliveries you might want to skip during the season so we don't charge you for them at checkout.

TIP: If you are signing up for a bi-weekly order, you don't need to "skip" weeks when you won't have an order anyway. For example, this year the season starts on Monday, June 10th; so if your vacation is on an "odd" week (e.g. June 17th–21st, July 1st–5th, etc.) you don't need to reserve those dates for vacation!

Allergies and preferences (optional)

Allergies: Please list any allergies of anyone who may come in contact with your order. We do our absolute best to ensure that no items you are allergic to come in contact with your order, however, we cannot guarantee the handling of the items before and after we pack your order.

Preferences: Please list any preferences that are not allergy related. For example, "No kale", "Mostly green", "Easy on the bitter stuff", etc. We will always do our best to give you a great variety from the items available each week within your preferences. However, if you list too many preferences it may reduce the amount and/or variety of items we can put in your order based on the available items that week.
